1. Age requirement — strictly 18+

Copyright owners may submit takedown notices in accordance with our DMCA Policy. We process valid notices promptly and maintain a repeat-infringer policy.
6. No warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT DISPLAYED ON IT.
